The person behind InspiredByVanessa is Vanessa Canteberry, who holds the position as the Founder. Her goal is to break the cycle of poverty, negligence, and unnecessary hardship, having been born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Vanessa worked in Corporate America for 20 years as a secretary before being laid off in 2011.
As a single parent of three, she found it difficult to secure employment, which made it unbearable to think of not being able to support her son in high school and her two daughters in college. In response, Vanessa challenged herself to change her mindset and took a stand on faith. She is now on a mission to educate individuals on the importance of transforming the W2 mindset into both life and business.
She now juggles multiple roles, including business owner, Speaker, Mindset Coach, Self-Publish Book Expert Consultant, and 9 times Best-Selling Author, all from the comfort of her home. Vanessa is determined to empower individuals by teaching them how to become business owners and overcome obstacles they face. She believes that your past does not determine your destiny and encourages making what seems impossible possible.
InspiredByVanessa stands on faith and refuses to allow fear to void visions that need to be seen and heard on many platforms. Vanessa teaches that you are more than a W2. She is in the process of releasing her latest masterpiece called Keep Digging.

Uncomfortable
The more I pushed past the noise, the more people gravity to my story. My story came with a lot of traumas in which caused discomfort in disconnecting with individuals who have caused triggers. Show up matters even when you are uncomfortable.
Obedience
I took the hits so my children didn't have to. Sharing what most kept secret, opened up doors to hearing other people's stories.
Transparency and boldness for you to succeed, too.
If I can overcome the toughest battles, you can too. My books became my healing place, not knowing how many people related to my story but need guidance. Being open and transparent about the hard conversations made it less bumping for others to start sharing their stories as well.
